玻璃瓶不能裝的太滿

    人們總是喜愛自釀白酒、葡萄酒，又或是野生的蜂蜜，許多時分都需要用玻璃瓶、塑料瓶進行封裝。許多人為了多存放，都喜愛在瓶子里裝的滿滿的。
    夏天到來，經常會出現蜂蜜瓶，白酒塑料瓶等因脹大而產生瓶子崩裂，瓶蓋迸出傷人等事情。由于在白酒、葡萄酒以及蜂蜜中含有葡萄糖，在葡萄糖氧化酶的效果下會產生過氧化氫，過氧化氫在高溫下易分解出氧氣，導致瓶子內空氣增多，如果蜂蜜瓶、白酒瓶裝的過滿，就會導致瓶子脹大變形。
    在這里我們提示有使用空瓶裝蜂蜜以及有自釀酒習慣的個人和家庭，必定要在塑料瓶和玻璃瓶中留下恰當的空隙。否則，在夏天或遇高溫的環境下，就會產生一些不必要的傷人事情。
